To make an exceedingly enjoyable lager we decided on a simple recipe for one of the world’s most enjoyed beer styles. Ferment Helles is made from four simple ingredients: water from a spring at the base of Mount Hood, German pilsner malt, Tettnanger noble hops, and a time-honored European lager yeast strain.
