Straight from the can, so no idea about appearance... thus my mid-range score. Heavy malt aroma with a sweet, yeasty flavor. Big malt back. Not bad... not great.

Comes out of the can a pretty clear amber with a thick, cream-colored head. Robust aroma is mainly fruity - apple, pear, and a whisper of banana - with a malty underpinning. Fruity, malty flavor has notes of apple, cherry, pear and banana and a hint of - varnish? Body is typical but has good fizz. Better than most lagers I have tried.

A dark golden to orange appearance. A slight malty and bready aroma. The flavor is somewhat dry with a hint of caramel and sugar. Tastes like a poorly made oktoberfest style beer. Not really all that bad at all for what it is.
