Pours a deep tan .. . white foam, medium lacing .. . quite earthy, light wet wood, esters, and barnyard .. . muddled mouth, sweetness in the back .. . pretty tame for a fantome .. . . xray and ekg, quick..

Bottle: Poured a hazy dirty beige color ale with a medium foamy head with good retention and some light lacing notes. Aroma of light funky ester with some dry notes. Taste is also a mix between some very funky notes with some apricot ester and a dry finish with some subtle Brett notes. Body is quite full with great carbonation and no signs of the alcohol. Nice funky notes with balanced malt backbone – probably one of the best Fantome that I have tasted lately.

Amber colour, mediumsized head. Aroma is earthy, barnyardy, mustardy and malty. Flavour is very much but much more sour than the aroma would let know. Long sour and earthy aftertaste.
