(thanks Bov!). About half bottle left when received, apparently the pressure has been so high the cap has leaked. Still gave a good "poof" (bigger than fizz) sound when opened. colour is very dark brown with a mediumsized brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, sour coffee and some apple. A bit vinegarish also. Flavour is extremely sour with some roasted malts. Much smoke in it too, along with a vinegarish finish. Vinegar and yeast along with wet smoked wood stays long in the aftertaste. Rather interesting thing.
