    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

330 ml capped bootle. Poured in the original Extraomnes snifter an unfiltered and light gushing opaque copper-brown coloured Season with a generous three fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is solid malts, yeast, sourish fruits, apples, citrus and floral hops. The flavour is grainy caramel malts, yeast, aciditic fruits, citrus green apples, spicy with note of licorice and pepper. The mouthfeel is creamy, fizzy and sparkling. This medium to full bodied Saison has a lingering hoppy bitter finish and a noticeable warming effect. This high tasting is very refreshing, well balanced and a ... good stuff !
