Slightly hazed, bright golden colour with a creamy white cap, good stay and some thick creamy-frothy lacing. Funky, earthy aromas with mild sourness, lemon zest and some medicinal notes. The funkiness continues in the taste with a sour start, but does not go too far, and the lemon zest takes over mildly and light dryness in the end. The whole mouthfeel is fairly thin and haziness gets up as we pour, with particles through it. Not getting much vanilla from the oak barrels. A decent stronger Saison, but weird having the funky action, but it does work.

The beer pours a hazed gold colour with a one inch frothy white cap that doesn’t last as long as I wanted it to. The aroma is funky grains, yeast, and musty hops. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was tart and funky, not much else to say.
