Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales, this little saison was brewed with fresh lemongrass and ginger. Aged in red wine barrels with buckwheat honey from the Niagara Region for added funk and terroir.

330ml bottle that pours a hazy bright golden-yellow colour with a creamy warm cap, decent stay and thick creamy lacing, tiny particles at the bottom of the glass. Funky aromas of sourness with earthiness, lemon and mild herbal notes. The flavours are milder, but still showing some lemony action. The sourness is almost gone, with some tart left on the tongue. A great-looking Saison, that is mild, but still effective.
