Pours clear solar yellow with a thick and rather persistent snow-white head. Aroma delivers shy but tempting fruity and yeasty tones. Flavor features tart fruit, crisp malt and yeasty tones, plus a side note of evergreen hops. it is more bitter than sour, and definitely drinkable if one is even a little adventurous. Mouthfeel presents average body and not a lot of fizz. Drink one for the Helles of it.
