A traditional GermanMarzen/Oktoberfest beer. This is typically brewed in March (German “März”) and lagered for several months until being tapped for Oktoberfest from mid September to early October. The beer is malty and rich, but as it is a lager it is also very clean, bready, soft and elegant.

Pours clear copper with a thick and fairly persistent frothy parchment head. Aroma features crisp toasted malt, caramel, bready and resiny hop tones. Flavor yields toasted malt, bready, caramel, subtle fruity and piney hop character. Texture presents decent body and peppy fizz. Prost!
