sCoffee Stout, a.k.a. Brewer's Breakfast is a dark malty stout that is enriched with five pounds of organic coffee from Café Mam. This beer leaves a fresh coffee flavor with a rich malt taste that cant be ignored by coffee and beer lovers alike. It is made from Floor Malted Maris Otter, 40 L Crystal, Chocolate, and Roasted Barley malts, 100% Northwest Cascade Hops, Free Range Coastal Water, and 5# Organic Columbian Coffee from Eugene Coffee Roaster Café Mam, with no Chemicals, Additives, or Preservatives. The coffee goes through a cold water extract to produce 5 gallons of strong espresso strength coffee which is added to the finished beer. Measurements: 15 degrees Plato, IBU 30, AA 12, Lovibond 135
