This perfect fall beer got its name in honour of Julie Ménard (Sabourin), one of our owner’s sister, who is currently fighting cancer for a second time like the warrior that she is.

355ml bottle from brewery, but had on tap before there. Hazy amber colour with golden highlights. The head is big, slightly off-white, frothy with good retention and thick soapy lacing. Wheat sweetness with banana notes, some pear, citrus and mild grassy hops. Fruity malts with orange, mango, the Saison yeast and very light hops in the finish. This is a nice Saison.
