Enjoyed at the brewery, at the bar as my first time there. Celebrating a brewery birthday. Pours a cloudy copper-brown colour with caramel highlights, served in wine glass (like the pic I took). Light beige head with a little lacing. Caramel malt aromas with bubblegum notes and lots of bananas. Caramel-banana taste with some stronger bitterness in the finish. Hints of roasted malt lingers. The mouthfeel is pretty dry. A pretty nice, rich Weizenbock with a warming of the alcohol and more bitterness than usual for the style.
