Amber color, caramel malt flavor nice finish. Drank one and was ready for more, all I needed was a bratwurst and some sauerkraut. Perfect beer for tailgating at a ball game.

On tap @ OktoberPfist 2010 - actually the beer pong keg. Pours a light golden amber color with a fluffy white head and some lacing. Fruits and sweet malts in the aromas. Taste is very easy and pretty full for a basic lager; sweet malts, slight caramel, a bit of apples and fruit and a touch of hops bitter in the wet end. Maybe the best beer pong beer ever - leave it to PfoxyJohn...

Poured a clear amber-gold with a slight off-white head. Aroma of fresh grain, light toast and only the slightest hops. Medium-bodied with a smooth palate. Clean, fresh biscuity flavors; taste of Pils malt, slightly sweet, but with a hint of caramel. Nice malty finish. A fine, nicely-flavored German-style lager, brewed locally, at a great price.

This poured a amber golden color with a weak head. It had a malty flavor with no hops that I could distinguish. It had a watery mouthfeel and a bland aftertaste.

I was both suprised and impressed with this brew. It suprised me because I didn't imagine the beer to be so full flavored, and it impressed me because it was a nicer tasting lager then imagined. Dark golden colour, full fluffy white head. Fruity aroma with pleasent biscuity malts on the palate and very rich taste.
