On tap at the brewpub. Poured in the original Eschenbräu glass an unfiltered hazy straw yellow colored Weizenbock with a one finger white creamy foamy head that had a good retention. Good lacing. The aroma is wheat malts and fruits, green apples, citrus, bananas. The flavour is wheat malts, aciditic fruits, grapefruit and citrus. The mouthfeel is sparkling and grainy. This medium bodied Weizenbock has a long aciditic fruits finish. A superb and perfect beer for the warm evenings in the summertime.
