beer is a cloudy yellow color with a thin mousse.elle really does not smell, it smells fresh. As far as taste is a light beer with an aftertaste of bitterness.

330 ml bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Erlbacher seidel an unfiltered cloudy golden orange colored beer with a three fingers white creamy foamy head that had a long retention. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is moderate malty, sourish floral hops. The flavour is a strong floral hoppy bitterness, grainy malts. This mouthfeel is smooth and bitter. This light to medium bodied beer has a long bitter finish. A very refreshing Zwickel from a tiny village closed to the Czech border.
