Aroma - sage, wet earth, lemon rinds, with some yeast. Sage is prevailing in the aroma though.
Appearance - yellow body, hazy with a 3-finger head, light retention, no lacing.
Mouthfeel - high carbonation, medium bodied and lively
Flavor - sage, straw, yeast and wet dirt..really sage infused
Overall - really nice with a strong sage presence all around. Very unique. -

Figured I'd dig the herbal floral aspects of this beer, and I did, Lightly rustic, very herbal leaning heavily towards nostril and palate cleansing sage, like Nevada after a rain. Enjoyed.

Had this with my lunch at the tap-less room. So naturally it came out of the bottle into my glass. Pours a vibrant cloudy golden colour. Taste is spicy, floral, and tropical. Aroma is similar, pleasant with more herbal characteristics.

22oz bottle, Release #2. Pours clear yellow-gold with a medium creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is sweet malts and turkey cooking spices (rosemary and sage?) that seem a bit out of place.
The flavor is sweet bready, slightly vegetal malts with a big spice finish (sage and rosemary) and a little mint. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with creamy carbonation.
Overall, an interesting concept, but a bit overly spiced and I wasn't really digging those spices in beer.
