Bière blonde de basse fermentation aux arômes de céréales croquantes et aux saveurs mielleuses. Avec son goût de mie de pain, elle offre aussi un malt généreux et est légèrement fruité. Au nez, ses houblons allemands sont bien présents. Finale douce et rafraîchissante .

A very slight unfiltered haze, light golden-yellow with a small white cap, leaving some soapy lacing. Cereal grain malt aromas with some fresh grassy-herb hoppiness, and hints of dandelions, apples, pears. Flavours of yeast, with the apple-pear fruitiness and a touch of cereal malts. Mild grassiness lingers with some good building dryness. A nice refreshing, fairly hoppy Kellerbier.
