Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 8

This is a very nice Bock. I wish I'd taken better notes. I poured this and then started talking so I'm left with about a 1/2 inch left in the glass, but it's great. I visited the brewery today and picked this up there, I'm kicking myself for not getting more at $2.50 a bomber. Pours a clear brown. Scent is mainly of caramel, but a hop presence is noted. Taste is caramel with more hops present. It's rather complex. Overall it's really good and one of the best domestic Bocks I've had.

Dark brown color. Small sized beige head. Aroma is caramel, fruity and sweet. Touch of hops as well. A medium to full bodied bock. Malts are fruity and sweet. Touch of hop bitterness. But mostly smooth and sweet malts. Caramel and toast. Nice beer. Very smooth taste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
