I really dig sorachi hops but wasn't getting a ton of em in this. It was still a slightly hoppier and slighty better than the standard apa, but not a standout. Nicely balanced..

Picked this up at Freddy's also. Pours a golden orange colour. Head is large and frothed up. The aroma is a little plain. Ya ya ya,gimme something different. The only loser is me for actually buying this.

THis is brewed to commemorate a record company I've never heard of, but is apparently influential (who's more influentiual in music than Perry Como, Frank Sinatra, and Dean Martin!). The pour is a cloudy medium gold colour with a white bubbly head. The aroma is sweet malts, some floral hops, and weak fruit. The flavour is nicely balanced between the light fruit and the hops. I enjoyed this beer.

Sampled on 12/9/2009. This American Pale ale pours a medium orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head, nice retention and good lacing. The aroma is caramel, apricots, malty and sweet. A medium bodied American Pale Ale. The malts are caramel and sweet. There is a strong apricot flavor here as well. The hops are grapefruity and floral. Good carbonation. Nice balance. Interesting malt flavors, balanced by some big PNW hop flavors. This one is growing on me. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is mostlty bitter.
