Interesting beer. First beet brew I've ever had. Pours a blood red. Not much froth. Nose is incredibly beety and earthy. Taste is all on beet flavor. And dirt. I don't know if I've ever had a beer that tasted so much like the Earth before. Terroir plays a huge part of the flavor it's incredible.
