500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered opaque rich golden-amber coloured Weizen with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is yeast, wheat malts, sourish fruits, grapefruits, orange, citrus, spicy, cloves. The flavour is moderate sweety grainy malts, juicy fruits, notes of bananas. The mouthfeel is slight creamy, bitter and quite flat even watery. This medium bodied Weizen has a light sweety/bitter finish. Saxony ist not Bavaria, at least for Weizenbier. This brew is a clear demonstration.
