The crystal is a tradition in our private brewery. Back in the mid 'fifties' of last century, our grandfathers prefer solitary crystal. Today it finds its counterpart in the Saxon special crystal. Due to the quality ingredients it is one of the best specialty beers of Saxony. Literally the highest consumption of beer for the connoisseur. Your health, your hermit private brewery brewhouse. Ingredients: Erzgebirgswasser from our own well, malted barley, hops and hop extract. Charakteristick: exquisite and flavorful.

500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Einsiedler seidel a clear amber-orange coloured Lager with a one finger slightly beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is moderate toasted malts and hay. The flavour is modereate toasted malts and faint grassy hops. The mouthfeel is fizzy and round. This light bodied Lager has a dry malty finish. An easy drinkable Lager from Saxony.
