Bottled. Slightly hazy orangeish amber colour with mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is wood, some acidic and sour fruits as well as some mildly earthyness. Flavour is quite much the same, but also has some spices, grass and mild notes of alcoholic sweetness.

Hazy dark golden with a small white foam. Rich vinous and acidic aroma of wood, grapefruit, juniper, grassy hops and dried apricots. Full warming flavour of white grapes, wood, white pepper and lemon. Long acidic and warming finish of wood, green grapes and wet grass.

A big thanks to cquiroga for bringing this beer to the Woodshop tasting at Stuffed Sandwich in San Gabriel, CA. Where can I get more of this? This beer, a "Lambic meets the Blonde" is a star. The combination of a tart lambic start with a trippel finish is great.
