Brewed in collaboration with Wild Oak Artisan Ales this IPA is anything but ordinary. Initially brewed with a American hops the beer is fermented 100% with Brettanomyces to give a funky, musky aroma and flavor along with notes of orange peel and nice hop bitterness.

Sampled at Due South while waiting for growler fills. A different twist than their normal citrusy IPAs. Not quite an English IPA, but has a unique flavor from the Brettanomyces. Medium orange to light brown appearance. Has some malt, musty hops, and mild oak flavor. More of an East-Coast style. Something different, but I'd rather have their Cat 4, Cat 5, or Hopicana.

A bright orange amber colored beer with a big sudsy textured off white head rising above. There's good hang time on the head. A moderate ringlet is left. Fruit and floral profile in total. Light and crisp body.
