http://duesouthales.com/jm/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=57&Itemid=63 - The light golden color and body of this Beligian style ale give no indication of the intense flavor within. One whiff off its large, rocky head will leave you curious about this fruity, farmhouse ale. Brewed with Carribean spices, this Southern Saison is a truly unique beer. Interesting Fact: This beer was originally called the Saison du South. Once we learned Swamp Head had a Saison du Swamp, we changed the name to Southern Saison. We don't want the fine folks who make great beer at Swamp Head (Gainesville, FL) to have to deal with any confusing name issues. Food Pairings Aged Gouda Carribean Food Indian Food

A destinctly American take on the style. Golden colored. Small frothy textured white head that disappears far quickier than I'd like. But the tropical fruits, light citric and caramel malt are blened so well. Full bodied and smooth.
