Paying some homage to one of the major roads in Boynton Beach we bring Hopoluxo IPA to the fine people of South Florida. This IPA has notes of orange peel in the nose followed by nice hop flavors and notes of black pepper in the taste.

A bright orange amber in color. A big light beige sudsy textured head rises above. There's good hang time on the head. Settles into a boldly big ringlet. A piney-citric nose. Orange peel dances in the tasting. Light and effervescent.

This is truly a solid IPA! Comparable to some of the top-notch West Coast IPAs. I liked this better than the Cat 4 IPA which is 1% stronger. Flavor of the Cat 5 DIPA, but not as heavy and toned down a bit. Strong citrus and pine in the aroma and flavor. Light to medium cloudy orange appearance. They just started canning the Cat 3 IPA which I haven't tried yet, but really hope they start canning this as well.
