Modeled after the famous Aventinus, but somewhat less alcoholic, our wheat bock is a rare find in a brewpub. Pleasing combinations of caramel, raisin, banana, and malt play in symphony to mystify the tongue.

Wow. A handsome burnished mahogany in the glass. Pleasant malty aroma. Rich malty flavor, with muted but noticeable fruity esters in the background. I had always heard these guys put out solid beers. Now that I've finally gotten to drop by for a visit, I heartily concur. I can't wait to go back.
