Of course, those bloody Bretts ! Did not initially overflow once cap was off, but then, as I started pouring, which I did quickly - did start a slow volcano. Even though I filled my big glass, would still foam our of the 750ml bottle. At $15 a bottle, that is not cool. Thankfully, was not as bad as some Bretty beers where I have lost close to half. Alright, hazy golden-yellow with a fizzy white cap and some foam stays on top of brew. Brett nose with the funky yeast, some citrus notes and a tad sourness. The taste is milder, but very Bretty. Light earthiness with lemon zest. A nice Brett-Saison that is nicely balanced.
