Territory of Light is a one year old barrel fermented Saison with Vidal juice (40% of total volume). We added fresh lime zest and lemongrass to the barrel to create a zippy and refreshing beer with depth of character. Despite having rested in oak for more than a year, this beer gives an impression of freshness.

Bottle from the brewery for $28.32 CAD. Pours a little hazy, light-golden colour with a fizzy white cap that dissipates quickly and no lacing is left. The herbal hop nose is so nice and fresh, with hints of mint, citrus notes and even camomile. The taste shows lots of citrus with grape notes and spices. The lemongrass seems to blend everything nicely. Wow, this is quite good !
