Pouring a hazy straw, North Field is a deliciously dank flavour-bomb featuring tropical, tangy notes. It's big, Belgian and delightful.

Bottle from brewery showing 6.8% ABV. now (written Foeder-Fermented). Pours a golden colour with a white cap that stays on top of the brew with creamy foam because of the heavy carbonation. The Brett is present with earthiness and funk, but not in your face. All well-blended with the Saison notes of citrus, grassiness and light Belgian Ale yeast. The taste is quite light, with more of the chemical bitterness from the hops. The citrusy notes are quite low. Kind of an easy-drinking Saison for a higher alcohol content. Good to go with food.
