A really nice caramel color, but distinctly lacking in head. The less than exceptional head did produce amazing lacing - doggone, how'd it do that. Sweet, perhaps alittle too much so. A refreshing beer none-the-less.

I honestly don’t remember too much about this stuff as it was mixed in with too many excellent beers the day I sampled it. Thanks to Eric for bringing this along. I do recall it was middle of the road, so middle of the road ratings it gets. Easy enough.

Poured a caramel color with a small off-white head and nice lacing on the glass. Earthy aroma, also sweet caramel malts and anisette (strong licorice). Taste was malty, crisp, and refreshing, with a light licorice taste as well, with light carbonation.
