Cette bière orangée à la robe voilée incarne l’idéal de l’été à chaque gorgée. En bouche, la fraîcheur du kumquat inonde vos papilles de notes d’agrumes et de fruits tropicaux. La morsure du houblon est balancée par la rondeur du malt et la touche acidulée des zestes de kumquat. Toute l’année, l’été chantera sur vos lèvres et vous danserez, conquis, sur des airs endiablés. Cette bière est née à notre brasserie artisanale de Montréal en février 2023.

A little hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a bubbly-foamy whitish head, average stay and some light lacing spots. Tropical fruit aromas with citrus notes, mild grassiness and piney hints. Juicy mouthfeel with a slight dryness. Flavours have much of the same tropical-citrusy, herbal, piney and a tad of peach. A touch of zesty-peel bitterness lingers. A refreshing, juicy NEIPA with a little more pine-bitterness and zest to it.
