Collaboration between Dieu du Ciel! and the famous comedy duo, Les Denis Drolet. Both based in Saint-Jérôme, Les Denis Drolet and DDC! were made to meet! Named after their podcast, Rince-Crème is a lactose-free silky-textured Oat Cream IPA. Galaxy, Sabro, Citra, Bravo and Talus hops bring intense and tropical aromas, ending on subtle notes of coconut. This beer was first crafted at our Saint-Jérôme brewery in May of 2022.

Lightly hazed, light golden-yellow colour with an amber hue. Decent head, retention and leaving a crown of lace on-and-around the brew. Aromas of citrus peel, some zest and fruitiness of their juices, sweetness of the oats. The mouthfeel is juicy with a tad bitterness in the finish. Then, some dryness start building, lingering. The taste shows a little more of the zestiness of the citrus, over the juiciness. A nice orangy, bitter, juicy and dryish IPA.
