This New England IPA arrived at our 20th birthday party dressed in a classy veil of haze, perfumed by tropical aromas of pineapple, mango and clementine, then proceeded to DOMINATE the dance floor with a tantalizing tango of fruity flavours and restrained bitterness.

Picked up a 4pk at IGA in Cantley, QC. Pours a good size frothy white head that sticks around for a while and has quite a hazy orangey coloured appearance. Big thick dirty lacing. Lively carbonation. Aromas of tropical fruits, some mangos and some yeasty hints, a bit wheaty as well. Flavours are citrusy, some notes of mangos, mild spices, a bit herbal and grassy as well. Big yeasty finish on the palate. Subtle bitterness on the palate.

Pours a clean light-golden colour with a creamy-frothy white head, good retention and full web-lacing. Juicy aromas with pineapples and mangoes. The taste shows some juiciness as well, but more hops pick up giving some big bitterness and lightly dry finish. Wow! This really gets bitter. Not so NEIPA, but mildly juicy with a West Coast bitterness. Get hazy at last pour with some nice unfiltered particles floating around.
