    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7

750 ml corked and caged bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy dark brown-red coloured Ale with a two fingers tan and dense foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is mild roasted malts, woody, oak and dark fruits, plums, raisins. The flavour is mild roasted malts, caramel, a touch of smoke, pronounced wood notes, fruity, citrus and cooked vegetables. The mouthfeel is fizzy and quite..thin. This light to medium bodied Ale has a long woody finish. A quite surprising and interesting Ale from the Bretagne.
