From our Brewmaster’s old homebrew recipe, this full bodied robust porter is black in color and has a roast malt flavor but no roast barley flavor. It also has a malty sweetness balanced by a sharp bitterness of black malt without a highly burnt/charcoal flavor. Hop bitterness is medium-high, with medium hop aroma and flavor. Fruity esters are evident but balanced with roast malt and hop bitterness.
