This is a German-style Märzen characterized by a medium body and light reddish-orange color. Sweet maltiness dominates slightly over a clean hop bitterness. Malt character is light-toasted rather than strongly caramel with bread or biscuit-like malt character present in aroma and flavor. Hop aroma and flavor are low but notable, while fruity esters are absent.

Pours clear copper with a thick and frothy buff head. Aroma adds toasty malt, resiny hops, a biscuity hint. Flavor provides toast malt, woody hops, hints of fruit and biscuit. Texture gives nice body and perky fizz. Don't be stihl - enjoy.
