New seasonal - On tap @ Depot Street Brewery tasting room. Pours a medium to dark clear brown amber, a little darker than expected, with a slight creamy head and nice lacing. Hint of raspberries upfront in the aromas with then a nice mild smokiness, toasted malts, and a very slight sour-type nose. Taste is light tart berries in the very front then the slight smokiness comes through. Complex, with a very slight Flemish Red likeness, but also like a brown ale and then some bitter in the finish. Wickedly different, very good. I wouldn't want it in big doses but a pint here or there is great.
