This one is a very roasty porter that finishes with a rich chocolate, coffee-roasted flavor. It has enough body to be almost "chewy" but not enough to be called stoutish. It's a nicely balanced beer, not finishing too sweet nor too bitter. A great compliment to either a cut of beef or a bowl of pasta.
