Brewed for the 25th anniversary of Bierproeflokaal In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Bittering hops Sladek. As late hops Chinook, Simcoe, Cascade and Amarillo. Aged in barrels: Barolo with Brettanomyces. Made with Belgian, English and American topfermenting yeast. Belgian and English malts. Bottle conditioned with the original yeast.

Bottled@CPH BF 2011. Deep hazy ambery colour, small brown head. Aroma is quite much wooden and sour with some ashes, mild spices as well as some roasted malts. Flavour is quite much the same. Interesting attempt.
