With a blow of Gingerbread. What if you combine gingerbread with a De Molen style quadruple? In the aromas and taste you will immediately find the well-known spiciness of the gingerbread. The spiciness in combination with the sweetness of the quadrupel provides a good balance and a warm mouthfeel.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 8.5%. Very dark brown colour, nearly black. Small beige head. Sweetish aroma of ginger, malts, caramel, brown sugar, chocolate, gingerbread and other cookies. The flavour is moderately sweet (not as sweet as I feared), well balanced, with the same elements as the aroma. Very moderate hops. Enjoyable.
