Draught at Monks Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Pours out in a deep dark reddish brown colour with a low firm beige foam. Deep peaty aroma of smoke, salty licorice, toasted malts, roasted almonds and dried figs. Medium to full-bodied with notes of licorice, roasted nuts, burnt caramel, smoke and dried figs. Long solid malty finish of peat, tar and roasted almonds. Classy brew, much better than the regular version.
