660 ml capped bottle. Poured a lazy gushing and unfiltered almost opaque rich golden-amber coloured BSA with a generous two fingers light beige and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. A lot of big floating sediments. The aroma is herbal and aromatic hops, yeast, fruity notes, moderate malty with a caramel touch. The flavour is sweety malts, notes of caramel, biscuits, heavy sugary, fruity notes, citrus, oranges, pears, dried fruits, nuts, intense herbal hops ending with the emerging aromatic hops, pine. The mouthfeel is fulled, thick, sugary and quite smooth. This medium to full bodied BSA has a lingering hoppy bitter finish. A Belgian, yes, Strong Ale right in the American Pale Ale course. This Ale could be, with a lower significant sugary level, an Extra-Ordinaire Ale.

Bottled@Kaisla, Helsinki. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small off-white foamy head. Aroma is a bunch of citrus, some yeast, rather hoppy as well as some slight notes of alcohol. Flavour is very much the same. Balanced.
