04.23.05 Tap at TAP NY. Amber pour. Big, lacing, lasting head. Aroma is weirdly lagery and grainy, diacetyl, grassy, maybe even saazy or at least along those lines. Pretty bland and not in a terribly interesting way. Tastes mostly like cardboard, wet grain, icky, with a dry bitterness to finish. Too bad.

Poured a copper color with a smal, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malts, wood, nuts and citrus hops. Taste was full of caramel malts, more nuts, citrus, and finishing with bitter grapefruit hoppiness.
