Poured in the brewery tap room a deep amber brown colored beer with a thick white foamy head that had a medium retention. Low carbonation. Nice lacing. The aroma is grainy and floral malt. The flavour is sweet and smoked malt, notes of spices, anis and licorice. The palate is round and rich. At the end a little surprising watery sensation. This medium bodied beer has a dry and light smoked finish. A very well done new beer!
