Through the use of just the right ingredients and processes, we have created a beer with a very creamy, almost silky texture. This beer is black to the point of being opaque, with a full, rich body and pleasant smokiness from the load of roasted malt in the grain bill. The hops take a backseat in this beer, but they offer enough bitterness to offset the malt sweetness.
