Bottle at the " Mondial de la Bière 2009 " in Strasbourg. Poured a hazy medium amber with red tones colored ale with a thin white foamy head that had a good retention. The aroma is complex, sweet malts, wheat malts, herbal hops, fruity banana and spicy. The flavour is herbal hops, grainy oats, fruity, bananas and pears. The mouthfell is crispy and very smooth. This medium bodied ale has a lingering malty and fruity end. A superb and very tasty ale. Great.
