Inspired by traditional Mexican mole sauce, this Porter is unique. We start with a medium bodied smoked Porter but we take it up a notch post fermentation. At this point we add habanero peppers and cocoa nibs from our neighbor at Videri Chocolate Factory. Can you take the heat?
