750 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in the original Coreff noninck half-pint an unfiltered hazy copper-brown coloured ale with a generous one finger beige creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is grainy malts and strong aciditic fruits, apples, citrus, grapefruits. The flavour is sweety grainy malts, biscuits, bread, toffee and aciditic fruits, apples, citrus, grapefruits. The mouthfeel is crispy and sparkling. This medium bodied ale has a lingering sour and sweety finish. A nice surprise and a beautiful Christmas gift. I like the sweety / sour contrast.
