Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7
Amber color with a thick beige head with great retention. Aroma with notes of caramels, biscuit, German grassy hops, bread crust and a bit of lager yeast. Flavor with notes of grassy hops, lager yeast, mild caramel, some Maillard notes, pepper and a bit of apple juice. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness. Bordering medium body with appropriate carbonation
